The brief
Our client runs a busy shopping mall near İzmit, in Türkiye's industrial Kocaeli region — a constant stream of shoppers in and out, all day. They wanted to capture that footfall with fresh, on-demand coffee, but without giving up valuable interior retail space or running a staffed café.
The obvious spot was the mall entrance — maximum visibility, every visitor passing by. But an entrance is a demanding environment: heavy traffic, dust, temperature swings, and constant public contact. A standard open machine wasn't the right fit. The client needed a solution built for exactly this kind of exposed, high-traffic placement.
Why a sealed model

We don't sell one machine. We pick the right one.
For an exposed entrance, we recommended our sealed-cabinet coffee robot — a fully enclosed unit, rather than an open-layout model. It's built to hold up exactly where this client needed it.
Why the entrance

The best machine in the wrong spot still earns nothing.
The mall entrance is the one point every single visitor passes — on the way in, and on the way out. Placing the robot here turns the building's entire footfall into potential customers, twice per visit.
How we delivered
Assessed the spot & chose the model
We reviewed the entrance — footfall, exposure, power and space — and matched it to the sealed-cabinet model, the right fit for a high-traffic, open-air-adjacent location.
Branded for the mall
We designed the machine's livery, cups, screen menu and pricing to fit the mall and Turkish customers — a coffee point that looks like it belongs at the door. [Note brand specifics.]
Installed at the entrance
Because the sealed unit runs on internal water and waste tanks, we installed it at the entrance in [X] days with no plumbing or drainage works — no disruption to mall traffic. We tested every drink and calibrated for consistency.
Launched & supported
The robot went live trading 24/7 at the busiest point in the building. The client manages it from a phone, while we monitor performance remotely and handle service — one point of contact.
The outcome
With the right machine in the right spot, the entrance became a round-the-clock coffee point serving the mall's full footfall — no interior space sacrificed, no staff added. The sealed cabinet shrugs off the demands of an exposed location, day after day. The figures below are representative of early performance.
